Auclair park

 
Games for children and benches inviting you to relax make this park, totally secured, a lovely place to have a nice hour or afternoon. You can visit the museums and see the sculpture in the middle of the park created by Pierre Astier in the occasion of the passage to the 3d millenium.

 

South lake area

 
Beetween the camping and the marina, a place is inviting you to relax in a shaded environement. Along the Rhone, but secured by the dam, there are a lot of tables and benches to picnic or just sit around ; there are also games for the children ; everything to relax and have a nice time for a little while or a whole day in family. Plus, the swimming pool is just 50m away.

 

Marina's area

 
The marina, inaugured in june of 2007 has a picnic area. The bridge beetween the spawning and the marina invite you for a lovely walk.
A walking path goes all along the water place, all in a quite and enjoyable area.

 

North lake area

 
There are games for children, tables and benches, this area will please you for a meal time or an entire day.
On the lake border, in the shade, with ducks and swans, this place will allow you to relax, to picnic in a quiet area, and will allow children to run a little before you take the car again.
Skate and bike ramp is also there.
A little path which goes all around the lake is also inviting you for a little walk.

 

Duranne's farm

 
The duranne's farm is situated in the Barrès forest beetween Cruas and St-vincent de Barrès (the way is indicated). There, you can relax or have a walk, 2 walking paths will make you discover the numerous wealth of the Barrès massif.
You can also admire the beech forest, which is a relic because it's unique at this height in Europe.
There's also an amazing point of view from the Alpes to the beggining of the Central massif.
There's a picnic area.

 

Nature walk for everybody

 
On July the 3d 2010was inaugurated a nature trail along the Rhone, from the marina to the alluvial forest.
This path (about a kilometer long) is accessible to disabled persons. It goes throught the spawning, the knuckle, the picnic and games area and the alluvial forest.
All along the way, there are some explicative panels : 81 animal species and 42 vegetal species were inventoried. It's a fun and instructive path. At the marina, there's an orientation panel
